Digital Marketing & AI Strategy

Digital marketing and practical AI, to attract customers and improve how the business runs.

Who it is for

For companies whose customers start with a search — traditional or AI — and who are not showing up, or are showing up and not converting.

  • Marketing is producing traffic, but too few of the enquiries are worth having.
  • Advertising is running without a clear view of what it returns commercially.
  • The website does not explain the offering well enough, or does not convert the people who read it.
  • Management wants to use AI, and needs to know which applications are worth the effort.
  • There is a capable marketing team or agency in place that needs experienced strategic direction.

How I work

I have run a digital marketing agency since 2004 and spent 24 years making comparison platforms rank. The work starts with the commercial problem rather than the channel, and the measures are agreed around it — qualified enquiries, sales, conversion, or time saved through automation.

I direct the strategy personally. Execution runs through DMA, the digital marketing agency I have run since 2004, or another delivery team we agree.

What it includes

Being found

  • Search engine optimisation
  • Visibility in AI search and answer engines
  • Paid search and paid social
  • Content and digital PR

Converting what arrives

  • Website development and conversion improvement
  • Reputation and review management
  • Analytics, tracking and reporting against agreed measures

AI inside the business

  • Enquiry handling and triage
  • Follow-up and nurture workflows
  • CRM and pipeline automation
  • Research and market analysis support
  • Content production with human review

Distinct from AI search visibility, which is about being found. This is about the work itself. These are applications we would assess for your business, not a catalogue of finished products — what gets built is confirmed before it is promised.

Three ways to engage me

Strategy assessment

A review of the business, what marketing is currently doing, and where the opportunity is. Commissioned on its own — there is no obligation to go on to implementation.

You receive

  • A prioritised action plan
  • Website and conversion recommendations
  • Campaign structure and a measurement plan
  • Content and search priorities
  • An assessment of which AI applications are worth pursuing, and which are not

Strategy and implementation

I lead the strategy and the agreed work is delivered through DMA, the agency I have run since 2004.

You receive

  • Everything in the assessment
  • Agreed execution through DMA
  • A reporting rhythm against the measures we set

Ongoing marketing leadership

Strategic direction on a continuing basis: I set priorities, review performance, and coordinate with whoever is delivering — your team, your agency, or mine.

You receive

  • Regular review of performance against agreed measures
  • Priorities set and revisited as the business changes
  • Direction for the delivery team, whoever that is

How an engagement runs

  1. First conversationWhat the business sells, who buys it, and what is not working. No charge, and no obligation.
  2. ScopeWhich format fits, what is in and out, how much of my time is involved, and who delivers what.
  3. AssessmentThe review itself, ending in the prioritised plan.
  4. DeliveryWhere implementation is agreed, the work runs through DMA or alongside your existing team.
  5. ReviewPerformance against the measures we agreed, at a rhythm we set in the scope.

How we would work together

  • You work directly with me on strategic direction and the decisions that matter. How often, and how deeply, is agreed in the scope rather than left vague.
  • DMA is available where it fits, and is not a condition. I work alongside an in-house team or an incumbent agency where that is the better answer.
  • Success measures are set for the work being done — qualified enquiries, sales, conversion, or time saved — rather than one number applied to everything.

A worked example

The situation[PLACEHOLDER — the starting problem, in a line or two. What was happening commercially, and what it was costing.]

What I did[PLACEHOLDER — what Jeev decided and directed, and separately what DMA delivered.]

The outcome[PLACEHOLDER — what changed, with a number and the period it took.]

[PLACEHOLDER — the client, or an anonymised description of them.]

Engage me to set the strategy, with delivery through my agency.
