Privacy and cookies.
This is a personal website. It collects what you choose to send me, a small amount of technical data any website receives, and visit statistics only if you agree to them.

Who is responsible
The site is run by me, Jeev Trika. For anything on this page, use thecontact form or email hello@jeevtrika.com.
What you send me
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional topic and an optional message. I use them to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts the site, and a copy is emailed to me. I keep them for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them sooner if you ask.
When you send the form, an automatic email confirms that your message arrived. It goes only to the address you entered, does not repeat what you wrote, and is sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
If you book a call, text me or message me on WhatsApp, you leave this site and that service handles your details under its own privacy policy: Calendly for bookings, your mobile carrier for texts, and WhatsApp (Meta) for WhatsApp messages.

There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins. You can change your analytics choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page; rejecting deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Analytics
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (country or city, derived from your IP address, which Google does not store) and your device type. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, so the data is used only to measure this site. If you reject, or have not chosen, Google Analytics does not load at all.
Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, also measures page load times and visit counts with a script that sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Technical data
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address, browser details and the page requested. Netlify (hosting) and Cloudflare (network and security) process this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keep their logs for a limited period under their own policies.
Who processes your data
- Netlify: hosting and contact-form submissions.
- Cloudflare: network delivery, security checks and cookieless performance measurement.
- Google: Google Analytics, only if you accept it.
- Resend: sends the one confirmation email after you use the contact form.
- My email providers: the mailboxes that receive form notifications and the messages you send me.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioural advertising.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats it as a rejection of analytics: Google Analytics does not load and you are not asked.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data I hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to its use, or to complain to your data protection authority. To make any of these requests, use the contact form or email me. I will answer within a month.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
When the site's tools change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top is updated.
